Golden Glimmer

This scene captures the light on Lake Michigan at sunset.  You can see the city of Chicago in the background.  It was a hot summers day and the sun was going down.  A young girl came skipping across the sand and the shallow water.  The photo caught her in mid-action with the sunlight shinning golden off of the water she kicked up with her skipping.  It was a magical moment that the artist saw, captured and painted.
